DMWG will : 1. Agree cleaning and validation protocols for historical PRM and GPRM data and implement standard protocols for cleaning these data sets; 2. Agree arrangements for on-going collaboration on cleaning and validation protocols across PQR, GPRM and BU databases; 3. Agree on inputs to, functions of and linkages between PQR, GPRM and BU databases; and 4. Work towards defining data standards and codes for the data. In addition, they will prepare budgets for the start up, maintenance and functions of the GPRM and BU databases and propose membership, TOR and a budget for the Technical Working Group and International Advisory Committee.

The International Advisory Committee includes advocates and country end users and will guide the further development, mission and overall vision of the system to ensure that the needs of all users are met. It will meet regularly to provide advice on how the system needs to evolve and on how to resolve any issues that may arise regarding data ownership, display and dissemination.
